How to Use This HTML
This HTML file can be hosted on your own web server or any static hosting service:
- Download the HTML file using the button above
- Upload it to your web hosting service
- Link to it from your form's "redirect URL" or "thank you page URL" setting
If you don't have access to hosting or use a website builder (e.g. Wix, Squarespace, Webflow), use the "Embed Code" tab instead.
How to Use This Embed Code in Website Builders
This code is perfect for embedding in website builders like Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, etc.:
- Copy the embed code using the button above
- Create a new blank page in your website builder
- Add an "HTML Embed" or "Custom Code" component to the page
- Paste the copied code into this component
- Link to this page from your form's "redirect URL" or "thank you page URL" setting
Platform-specific tips:
The iframe height is set to 900px by default. You may need to adjust this value based on your specific thank you page content.
Use with Make
Make allows you to create a webhook that returns your thank you page when someone submits your form.
Use Our Ready-Made TemplateCreate a Make account
If you don't already have one, you'll need to create a free Make account. The free plan is sufficient for this integration.
Note: Make's free plan allows up to 1,000 operations per month, which means up to 500 Thank You page views.
Start guided setup
Once you've opened the template:
- Click the "Create a new scenario from template" button
- Click "Start Guided Setup" to begin the configuration process
The guided setup will walk you through configuring the scenario.
Copy your webhook URL
During the setup, you'll see the webhook URL that Make generates for your scenario:
- Copy this webhook URL
- Set this URL as the "redirect URL" or "thank you page URL" in your form settings
- When someone completes your form, they'll be redirected to this URL
Paste your Thank You page code
Continue with the guided setup:
- In the "Webhook Response" module settings
- Paste your Thank You page HTML from the "HTML Code" tab into the "Body" field
Activate your scenario
Once you've completed the setup:
- Click "Save" to save your scenario
- Toggle the switch in the bottom left corner to activate your scenario
Your Thank You page is now ready! Test it by submitting your form.

n8n is a powerful open-source workflow automation platform that can serve your Thank You page when someone submits your form.
Get Started with n8nCreate an n8n account
Sign up for an n8n account at app.n8n.cloud. n8n also offers a self-hosted version if you prefer.
Note: n8n's cloud Starter plan allows up to 2,500 workflow executions per month, which means up to 2,500 Thank You page views.
Create workflow
In your n8n dashboard, click "Create new workflow" and give it a descriptive name like "Form Thank You Page".
Add a Webhook trigger
In your new workflow canvas:
- Click the "Add first step" button
- Search for "Webhook" to begin the configuration process
Copy your webhook URL
In the webhook configuration panel:
- Switch to "Production URL" tab and copy the webhook URL
- Set it as the "redirect URL" or "thank you page URL" in your form settings
- Click "Back to Canvas" to return to the workflow view
Add a Respond to Webhook node
Connect an action to your trigger:
- Click the "+" button next to the Webhook node you created in the previous step
- Search for "Respond to Webhook" and select it
- Change "Respond With" to Text and paste the Thank You page HTML in "Respond Body"
- Under Options, add a new option "Response Header" with the name
Content-Typeand valuetext/html
Activate your workflow
Toggle the "Active" switch at the top of your workflow to activate it. Your Thank You page is now ready!
Use with Microsoft Power Automate
Power Automate allows you to create a webhook that returns your thank you page when someone submits your form.
Create a Power Automate account
Visit make.powerautomate.com and sign in with your Microsoft account.
Create a new instant cloud flow
Choose "When a HTTP request is received" as your trigger.
Copy your webhook URL
Copy the HTTP POST URL and set it as the "redirect URL" in your form settings.
Add a Response action
Add a "Response" action to your flow.
Configure the Response
Set Status Code to 200, add Content-Type header with value text/html, and paste your HTML or iframe code in the Body.
